We just flew back from Kennewick Washington the three hour flight arriving at Detroit at five am, was uneventful. The service on the was good and the stewards were friendly and nice. The only issue was the checked bag was damaged. When we got it back there was a hole rubbed in the front of the bag. My guess is that it slid off the track and got rubbed on a drive roller. I looked for a person at the baggage claim center but there was no one there. So we went home hoping that we could get some one on the phone and resolve the issue.

Once home we took a nap and wolke up at eleven and I called them in the afternoon. I called and got the bagage claim department. I told them about the damage to the new bag that we had just bought at Costco. They asked if I had reported it at the airport. I told them that I tried but nobody was their to report it to at the baggage claim center. Tammy Gibble was great and offered a 100 dollars worth of travel points.

They were very friendly and resolved my issue quickly and to my statisfaction.
